To join if you are already registered on the site (received message email or user name already in use):

1) Login to the website

2) Click the "My Account" tab

3) Select "Become New Member" from drop down

To renew membership if you have ever been a member (received message email or user name already in use):

1) Login to the website

2) Click the "My Account" tab

3) Select "Renew Membership" from drop down
