Important Notes for Members and Prior Members

Logging on for first time:

  1. You will no longer be logging in using your email address. Instead, you have been assigned a username. This will normally be your first initial plus your last name. For instance, the username for John Doe would be jdoe.
  2. If you are a current or past member and last paid for your membership on or after 10/1/2020, you should have already received an email containing your assigned username and password. Using your new username and password, please login as soon as possible. Click on "My Profile" (under "My Account"). Make any necessary changes and don't forget to save your changes. If you have no valid email address on file with us, we will mail you your username and password vis USPS.
  3. If you have any questions or problems, contact the website administrator.

Policy for switching memberships from "calendar year" to "annual basis":

  1. If you last paid your membership dues before 10/1/2020, your membership has expired. To join MOMS again you will have to create a new account. Just click on "Join Now" on the login page.
  2. If you last paid you membership dues between 10/1/2020 and 12/31/2020, your membership has just expired on 12/31/2021. You have been sent an email with your new username and password. Just logon using these credentials and then click on "Renew" under "My Account".
  3. If you last paid your membership dues on or after 1/1/2021, you have also been sent an email with your new username and password. Your membership has or will expire 365 days following your last payment date
  4. All new memberships and renewals will be for 365 days rather than a calendar year.
  5. If you pay for your membership before it is due, it will be added to the end of your previous membership.
  6. You will be sent several reminders before your membership expires

You may find errors in you name:

Previously, we only collected one person's name for a membership (typically the person who paid for it). Sometimes, multiple names were inserted into a single name field. As a result, determining the primary name for the membership was often a problem. We did the best we could to extract the primary member's name from any lists of names, but some mistakes are inevitable. Once you have logged in, make sure to check your profile. If necessary, edit your name. It must be an adult in the household. You can enter the other names in your household in the "Household Members" section which is also located under "My Account".
