Exploring Mycology Through Citizen Science

Stephen Russell explores how anyone can make a substantial contribution to mycology - particularly through contributing specimens towards a mycoflora of North America. He will explore collecting and vouchering specimens, uploading to iNaturalist, and submitting specimens for DNA sequencing. 

 

This event is open to members and nonmembers. Trevor Rodgers will introduce Stephen and say some things about the society and where you can find vouchers on the MOMS website.
