Missouri Department of Health Approved Workshops
The Missouri Mycological Society (MOMS) is offering three-hour certification workshops for anyone wishing to sell chanterelle mushrooms in Missouri. The aim of the workshop is to help assure that mushrooms sold as chanterelles in the state are actually chanterelles.
